Bruck Construction, a Columbus-based asphalt paving company, is hiring 2 entry-level crew members. No paving experience required. If you show up every day and work hard, we'll teach you the trade.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Hard worker, reliable, and on time every day
- Wants to learn the asphalt paving trade
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
- Construction, concrete, or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $18-$22/hr starting pay, depending on related experience
- Real on-the-job training in a skilled trade
- Raises based on skill development
- Path to equipment operator and beyond
- $200 boot stipend after your first week
- Weekly pay every Friday
- PPE provided on day one
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to start within 2 weeks
