As a Helper at Red Phoenix Trucking LLC, you will work alongside our Driver to ensure seamless delivery, setup, and installation of appliances. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assisting the Driver in loading and unloading furniture and appliances.
• Participating in the assembly and setup of delivered items with attention to detail.
• Providing courteous and attentive customer service throughout the delivery process.
• Collaborating with the Driver to ensure efficient route navigation and timely deliveries.
• Supporting the Driver in connecting water and gas lines for appliances as needed.
Requirements:
• Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual tasks.
• Experience mover or final mile delivery.
• Customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
• Must be reliable and timely.
• Helper must be able to pass a background check by having no felonies on their record in the last 10 years and no misdemeanors involving drugs, theft, or violence. They must also have a social security card.
• Basic understanding of assembly tools and procedures.
• Helpers will be paid $480-$800 weekly, with bonus potential.
