Seasonal Merchandise Processor - earn up to $18.75/hr

The base salary for this position is $17.00/hr.

The Merchandise Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, packing, and shipping inventory to our customers and stores, following department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a Distribution Center environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow SOPs to accurately count, pick, pull, and pack inventory
• Use basic math skills to verify and adjust quantities, and fulfill orders
• Operate computers/tablets, RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or manual tracking systems
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
• Lift cases, cartons, and inventory to/from conveyor lines or storage areas
• Lift up to 25 lbs. continuously, including above and below shoulder level
• Stand for the duration of the shift with breaks
• Flexibility to work in other DC areas as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or logistics environment is a plus
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
