Rotating weekends required.
Pay: Ranging from $18.00/hour – $21.00/hour.
As a Floating Cleaner, you will travel between different job sites throughout Central Ohio to assist with commercial cleaning and floor maintenance needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Strip, wax, and scrub/recoat VCT floors
Scrub LVT/LVP flooring using floor equipment
Service and clean restrooms
Clean ceiling vents, furniture, fixtures, and windows
Dust and disinfect high-touch surfaces
Dispose of trash and waste materials
Operate floor buffers and walk-behind scrubbers
Monitor and track cleaning supplies and equipment
Identify and report safety or maintenance concerns
Follow all health and safety regulations
Complete additional tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Commercial cleaning experience preferred
Floor maintenance experience required
Knowledge of Central Ohio roads
Experience with floor care equipment (buffers, scrubbers, etc.)
Lift certification or willingness to become certified
Reliable and self-motivated with strong time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver’s License
Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screen
Basic technical skills (smartphone use, basic typing)
