Swiss PMG is looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our residential communities in top condition. This hands-on role is essential for ensuring apartments, common areas, and building systems are well-maintained, safe, and comfortable for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders for repairs and maintenance in apartments and common areas.
Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
Assist with unit turns, including painting, minor carpentry, appliance repairs, and cleaning.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on property equipment and systems.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Provide courteous and professional service to residents and colleagues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential property maintenance or a related trade (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.).
Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide variety of home systems.
Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
