Swiss Property Management Group is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in Columbus, Ohio.
This full-time position supports the daily maintenance and operation of residential rental properties throughout the Columbus area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with residents and team members, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, and HVAC-related work
• Troubleshoot and repair household appliances
• Complete apartment turnovers and prepare units for new residents
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with preventative maintenance projects
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry maintenance equipment and supplies
• EPA certification is a plus but not required
