Maintenance techs needed for residential scattered sites property management company. Preferred applicants must have tools, truck, valid driver's license and auto insurance. Must be able to perform daily routine maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall repair and carpentry. Starting pay range of $22.00-$25.00/Hour based on experience and skills. Double-time paid for emergency/on-call maintenance. Mileage reimbursement also paid. Please submit resume and qualifications.
