We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician / handyman to help with residential property repairs and turnovers.
š Skills Needed
Must have experience with most or all of the following:
Drywall repair & installation
Subfloor repair
Vinyl plank flooring installation
Carpet installation or patching
Cabinet installation
Countertop installation
Door and trim work
Basic plumbing & light electrical a plus
š Job Duties
Prepare units for new tenants
Complete repairs and maintenance work orders
Install flooring, cabinets, and fixtures
Patch/repair drywall and paint when needed
Communicate job progress and timelines
ā Requirements
Must have own tools
Reliable transportation
Experience in residential maintenance or construction
Ability to work independently
Must take pride in quality work
