Experience (preferred or required):
Understanding of home remodeling and finish work – drywall, trim, caulking, painting, flooring, etc.
Requires reliable transportation and tools
Ability to communicate effectively
Organizational skills to plan ahead and work efficiently
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinating with and receiving instructions from Lead Maintenance Tech (LMT) on a daily basis
Providing material lists to LMT for various jobs before they are needed
Completion of work orders/tasks in a timely manner
Communicating effectively and respectfully with residents to complete work orders
Communication with the Owner as needed
Plan unit turns and complete them within acceptable time frames
Accurate reporting of hours, notes, and photos each day

Compensation:
Finish Work/General Laborer is an hourly, forty hour per week, W-2 position with a compensation of $16 per hour. There is no overtime unless approved by the owner. Opportunity for advancement.
IMPORTANT:
One twenty (20) minute paid lunch break is permitted each work day. Work hours and bullet point style job descriptions along with photos are to be logged daily before leaving the worksite using the company app.
