What You’ll Do:
Recruit, hire, and onboard employees for assigned client accounts
Manage your workforce to ensure full shift coverage and reliability
Maintain communication with employees and address attendance issues
Coordinate backup coverage when call-offs occur to ensure client satisfaction
Compensation Structure:
Earn 30% residual commission on each employee you manage
Weekly recurring income based on active workforce
Unlimited earning potential, with realistic opportunities to exceed $100,000+ annually
