We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team on a commission-based compensation plan with unlimited earning potential.

Residual Commission:
Earn over $2500.00 per week within the first 24 months.
Commissions continue for as long as the employee remains actively employed on the contract.
No cap on earnings—the more successful placements you maintain, the greater your recurring income.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for contract positions.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and clients.
Maintain communication with employees and clients to support retention.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Experience recruiting for contract, temporary, or staffing positions is preferred.
