Not A Rooster Phoenix Sculpture - $60 (Mechanicsburg)

It has Scales, it might be tough to see but there are definitely scales not feathers. If your Rooster has scales, I feel like that's a problem.
Now take a second and look at the beak. Phoenix are typically described as Eagle like which means Hooked Beak. Chickens are known for having a cracker beak, think triangle.
Finally the Plumage and lack of jowels. If the Plumage wasn’t so sharp and pronounced I could be convinced that it might be Rooster Comb, but it's on the neck, not just the head.And no wattles or Jowels.
So Personally, I think it’s a Pheonix.
