This is a nice 3 bulb halogen light. The bulbs are movable so you can point the light where you want it. It is complete and has the back plate to attach it to the ceiling. I also have 2 extra bulbs that I will include as I have no use for them. We do not need it as we remodeled the kitchen and went with pod lights.
