Greetings,I am a 62 year old black woman.Became homeless due to catching and turning in a Apt Manager that was overcharging rent.She did not renew my lease after discovered.With nowhere to go(had some choices but knew realistically it wouldn't work out)Ended up homeless and in the dangerous homeless shelter.Im seeking a black female to find and share a HOUSE with(no apartment living that's COMPLETELY OUT!)ABSOLUTELY NO DRUG ADDICTS OR PEOPLE IN RECOVERY PLEASE.Social drinkers and people that smoke cigarettes no problem.Im a Artist in every way.I write,dance,design,enjoy stage plays..I could go on and on regarding this passion♥️I'm a active senior citizen and would prefer a roommate that is interested in STAYING healthy.Will not tolerate theft or a person that is dishonest.Would just love a peaceful and safe home.Would love to have a roommate that can become a best friend(my REAL friends are deceased)Would also love to meet a person that is interested in starting some business's.I love pets but not ready to house any immediately.I don't have a vehicle at this time but if a candidate does that's a plus to seek housing for the both of us.I can't apologize for the long ad because I'm being very straightforward and trying to cover all areas of this request.If you're a person that is involved in ANY criminal activity I will not deal with that at all.I can afford to pay 500 on a house and partial utilities.I smoke cigarettes SOMETIMES but trying to quit completely.Stopped drinking the first of the year but MAY drink a little wine on special occasions.I do not get along with narcissist,nosey people,drug addicts,drunks and simply refuse to room with sex offenders of ANY kind.If you're a elder with some health issues and need a little help ,I do not mind assisting some.Im into EXTREME peace and easy flow of a household Cannot tolerate unclean people or hoarders.I hope I have covered all of the questions and information in requesting a roommate.We know there is a serious housing crisis going on&I think it's ideal for Elders to room together and basically look out for one another.Im a empath that cannot be taken advantage of...and a strong advocate against human and sex trafficking.Serious minded adults ONLY need to contact me threw email and we can arrange to meet in a public space.Here's hoping a fabulous and honest room mate can be found!Thanks for your patience in reading and comprehending this extensive ad🌹Sincere
