We are currently hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our growing team.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- As a DSP, you will support individuals in their daily lives and help them achieve their personal goals.
- Provide person-centered care based on each individual’s ISP (Individual Service Plan)
- Assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meal prep, etc.)
- Support community integration (appointments, outings, social activities)
- Help build life skills and independence
- Provide transportation when needed
- Monitor health and safety and report any concerns
- Implement behavior support strategies when applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
🔹 What We’re Looking For
> High School Diploma or GED
> Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
> Ability to pass background check (BCI/FBI as required)
> Compassionate, patient, and dependable
> Strong communication skills
> Willingness to assist with personal care
> Ability to work in home and community settings
No prior experience required — we provide training.
