Used it once without doctors permission I don't suggest that. I was too heavy & too injured. Brand new I have the boxes in the basement if you want them got heat massage and it goes up to 350 lb not sure about that anyway my son used it normal weight with back in neck issues he's a gamer he loved it so it's been used a couple times by him but he lost interest in next we just sitting in the closet. I paid $350 for it but this is what they're going for.
