Very good condition, this belongs to my mother who is 93 and used it very lightly. It was professionally cleaned recently, never subjected to pets or smoking. If you look closely, there is one button missing on the cushion, but I have the button if someone wishes to have it attached again. There are some small tears on the back from my mother walking and bending around the back of it to water plants. It has basically sat in the same place since it was purchased new. 60" long, 36" high, 36" deep. I have two matching pillows as well but forgot to include them in the pictures. Thank you.
