I sure don't - as much as I want to save these pieces for when I do, it is clear - first I need to find, then buy that house and then spend my winter evenings looking for ads exactly like this one.
This decision does not come lightly as we just spent a lot of money having the upholstery redone at a reputable local shop with the highest end fabric from fabric farms - literally the fabric with the highest wyzenbeek test score in the building (120.000!). The wood (I assume teak from the research I have done) is untouched. We felt it more important to maintain originality and felt we could not justify risking to loose the look when refinishing it. The upholstery when we bought it was not original in any case so there was no question about it.
We have sat on this couch super sparingly since it was redone. Never was any liquid or food consumed on or near it. we have no pets - no parties, drinking or any other shenanigans.
This couch set simply deserves to be in one of those Theodore van Fossen houses you are probably sitting in reading this.
