For sale is a DHP Tommy Full Metal Loft Bed. It is in excellent condition, practically brand new, it was only used for a very short period (~2 months) during a remodel where two kids had to stay in one room. We installed it overtop of an existing fullsized bed (as shown in photos), but it can also be installed to allow for a desk or other open space below (as shown in the stock photos). It has been disassembled for easy transport and can fit in any sized vehicle to be put together in your desired location. I still have the installation instructions, it is very easy to assemble, all the necessary parts and pieces are included and labeled accordingly. I believe we paid ~$275 for it, but it is currently listed on Amazon for over $300. I can’t personally comment on its comfortability, but my 7 year son had no complaints, lol. Some features of the loft bed include:

- Designed for just a mattress without a box spring
- Includes guard rail for both sides
- Includes metal bed slats
- Bed accommodates FULL-size mattress
- 300 lbs weight limit

I might also be able to meet in the Granville-Newark-Heath area if that is more convenient.
