Condition:
- All items are used and need light cleaning, but are functional.
- Vanity has paint marks on the sides and would need repainting. The back brace has a visible crack, but it still holds together. Some glue might be helpful.
- Medicine cabinet has minor scratches on the inside (mirrors are in good condition).
- Light fixture works well.
