The chair is high end, light, and comfortable but it is is dirty from use and storage and had a cigar dropped on it. It is fully functional as it is but it is ugly and dirty with burn holes. However you could clean it up, throw a blanket over it, sew a cover on, reupholster it, or ignore it, leave it as-is and use it in your shop, use it in your hunting blind, take it to your fishing hole, etc... there are plenty of options and plenty of life left in it. It is very comfortable, durable, and utilitarian with the side table, cup holder, and storage
