Hello Sustainable Columbus:

I collect 5-gallon buckets from Columbus area restaurants. These buckets are great when repurposed to create your very own garden system.
- No weed issues, ever.
- No sun?, no problem!- super flexible - simply move them to where there is sun.
- Even tomatoes grow well in these buckets. See picture of my back deck system.
- The handle allows you to hang them to prevent critters from nibbling on your plants.
- Cold weather snap in the Spring? Simply bring them inside your garage for the night.
- The insides of each has been thoroughly washed. See details below on other uses and pricing options.
Finally - I also offer a flexible 8-bucket, two-tier hand-crated wooden rack system that I make in my woodshop. Call for details and a picture.

Besides the Garden-in-a-Bucket idea, here are a few other uses for these food grade, once-used 5-gallon buckets.

- Worm composting systems - I also sell my 2-buckets worm composting system, including instructions.
- Mosquito Trap bucket - instructions included.
- Gone Fishing! These buckets are great for storing tackle and bait in one handy container.
- Drip System for your in-ground or raised bed Gardens.
- Bird, Pet, and Chicken Feeders.
- Tool Storage. My 5-gallon buckets are great for having all your small tools in one handy, convenient carry-anywhere container.
- Watering Systems for Your Trees/Gardens/Flowers. Drill a few holes and WALA! Instant watering system.
- Homemade Lemonade - Make Big Batches of Real Lemonade with a built-in spout for your family picnics/reunions. Buckets are made from food-grade plastic.
- Top each upside-down bucket with round cushions to create "Bucket Benches" placed around your fire pit, deck, or patio.
- School Projects.

Lids are included on first-come, first-serve basis, as in some cases the lids are not saved for me to pick up, so I never have as many lids as buckets.

Pricing:
lots of 1 to 9 - $2.50 each
lots of 10 to 19 - $2 each
lots of 20 to 39 - $1.50 each
lots of 40 to 79 - $1.25 each
lots of 80 or more - $1.00 each

The regular price for comparable 5-gallon buckets at Big-Box stores is around $6.00 - just for the bucket! Lids cost an extra $2.50 or so.

Schedule a Pick-up. Email from here or Text Me Today! Immediate Availability. There is a $5-$20 charge to deliver, depending on drop-off location and # of buckets needed.
