This is a full-time, salaried position.
What's on your plate:
Assists General Manager in coordinating and overseeing restaurant operations including customer service, employee development and relations, production, and administrative requirements.
What you bring to the table:
• A minimum of 2+ years experience managing in a full-service dining environment is preferred
• Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to help lead a team of 50+ employees
• Must have detailed and diverse food and beverage experience and knowledge
• Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems
• Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge is preferred
