The Lead Cook oversees food preparation, sanitation, product ordering and receiving in partnership with the Kitchen Manager, inventory support, equipment maintenance, and team training. This role ensures all kitchen operations meet Katalina’s standards and Ohio Health Code requirements while helping manage labor and food costs, and consistently enforcing all company policies, procedures and brand standards.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in varied kitchen positions including food preparation, line cook, fry cook and expediter
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel and guests (Spanish is a plus)
Serv-Safe certification is required
