Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable, high-energy individuals to join our special event logistics crew. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role perfect for anyone looking to maximize their earnings over a single weekend. You will be responsible for ensuring the heavy lifting behind beautiful weddings and major corporate events goes off without a hitch.
What You Will Do:
Load and unload event decor, heavy props, furniture, and staging materials from transport vehicles.
Efficiently set up and tear down event spaces at hotels and wedding venues.
Work closely with the event design team to place heavy decor items safely and accurately.
Assist with post-event pack-out, fragile item wrapping, and inventory checks.
Requirements:
Background Check: Must be able to pass a clean criminal background check (required for working inside premium hotel properties and secure event venues).
Physical Stamina: Must be able to comfortably and safely lift, push, and carry 40 to 50 lbs consistently throughout a long shift.
Endurance: Ability to handle 12 to 16-hour shifts on your feet.
Reliability: Absolute punctuality is a must—events operate on strict timelines.
License: A valid Driver’s License is a major plus (please indicate if you have one when applying).
