Selling my 1994 Safari Explorer Conversion. I got it 3 years ago and have put over 3000 miles since. I am the 3rd owner, and it was in Kansas until 2022. As it is sitting most of the time in my garage, I decided to let it go. Everything works as it should, including front and rear AC, digital dash, cruise control, and all power features. Very clean underneath, see pics. Comes with the original window sticker, factory manual, extra Explorer decals, and dealership brochures
What has been done over the last 5k miles:
- Rear shocks replaced;
- Brake drums replaced;
- Brake fluid changed;
- Brake wheel cylinders replaced;
- Rear brake shoes replaced;
- Front brake pads, calipers, and rotors replaced;
- Front brake hoses replaced;
- Coolant flushed & thermostat replaced;
- Radiator & cooling system hoses replaced;
- Idler arm replaced;
- Battery cable terminal ends replaced
- New window motors
- New window seals on the front doors & rear glass
- New serpentine belt
- New battery (this year)
- New tires (less than 3k miles on them: Mastercraft Avenger G/T)
- New rear Pioneer speakers
- New carpet
Only issues: ABS light is on, looks like may need a new module or current module service, but brakes work fine; had rust repair on rear passenger wheel arch, and the paint does not fully match; rear speakers do not work - did not look into them after the replacement.
