The Good:
• Clean title in hand
• All-wheel drive BMW — great in all seasons
• Body and interior in good condition for the year
• Strong engine and transmission before suspension issues began

The Bad:
• Must be towed (flat tire)
• Front suspensions need replaced
• Likely needs all four new tires (rear passenger tire is flat)
• Will require repairs before it can be safely driven
