I have a 2010 Ford F150 FX4, 4 Door with 218K miles on it. 5.4 Triton Motor This has been a work truck for years, so it is far from perfect condition. It does start and runs decent, however when the engine gets to operating temp, it has a rough idle, sometimes dies. AC/Heat both work. Front tires, Radiator both replaced this year. It has been sitting for a few months, so brakes may need some work. Truck does have rust spots. Here is a list of issues that we are aware of; Both rear taillights are cracked, but still work. Front Grill cracked/broke. Windshield cracked. It does have an oil leak, looks like maybe valve cover, dripping onto exhaust manifold while running. Back window does leak on heavy rains. Radio screen does not light up. Rear door ajar issue, I think it's a pretty common issue on f150's with the harness getting pinched.
