Oasis Marketing Solutions is a state-of-the-art Inbound and Outbound call center with a nationwide home-based agent presence. Because of 15 years of strong client relationships, we are experiencing rapid growth within our client care division.
We are now adding 25 new client care professionals that have a strong work ethic and enjoy working from their home-based office. Once fully trained, we have several programs offering immediate advancements and promotions.
We offer day and evening positions with shifts as low as 25 hours per week.
Requirements are:
-BI-LINGUAL A PLUS
-2 years minimum client care experience
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Contact Center applications, quality monitoring tools and
applications.
-Capable of working on multiple CRM platforms simultaneously.
-Comfortable working out of home-based office with no background disruptions,
-Strong communication skills and solutions oriented.
-Must pass background check
