Aspiring Videographer/Photographer Looking to Shadow on a Gig

I’m looking for an opportunity to shadow a working videographer, preferably, or photographer on a real gig to build experience and learn more about the job in a hands-on setting.
I’m especially interested in videography, but I’m also open to shadowing a photographer. Ideally, I’m hoping to find someone who wouldn’t mind me asking questions throughout the day and educating me on their process as they work. I’d love to learn more about gear choices, camera settings, lighting, workflow, client interaction, shot planning, and how professionals handle real-world shoots.
I understand that on a paid job, professionalism comes first, so I would be respectful of your time, stay out of the way when needed, and make sure my questions don’t interfere with your work. I’m there to learn, observe, and help with simple tasks if useful.
I’m reliable, eager to learn, and serious about gaining real experience in the field. If you have an upcoming shoot and are open to having someone shadow you in a more educational capacity, I’d love to connect.
