**What You’ll Do:**
* Find and generate leads for roofing, siding, gutters, and general home repairs (commercial and residential)
* Use online platforms, social media, and local networks to identify potential customers
* Pass qualified leads directly to our team
**What We’re Looking For:**

* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience in lead generation, sales, or home services is a plus (but not required)
**Pay Structure:**
* Commission-based (percentage of completed jobs)
* Paid after the job is completed
* Payment via check or Zelle
