Currently I have available A unit (Approx. 800 sq ft @ $500 month, plus 500 security deposit). The unit has no heating mainly for storage. Great location just east of 5th Ave and I-71 or just off I-670 East; near downtown Columbus, Ohio. The complex has dust to dawn parking lot lighting provided. As a tenant you have 24Hr/ 7 day a week access to your unit. The complex also has outside video surveillance. Alarm Systems, Insurance, and utilities are at the expense of each renter. This unit has mainly warehouse space, a restroom, steel entrance security doors front and rear. The warehouse area has 20ft high ceilings and a 10ft tall overhead (drive in) door. It's ok for the tenant to modify (pursuant to code) the inside to fit/meet their needs/use. Please note: at "NO TIME DAY or NIGHT NO PETS/ ANIMALS ALLOWED ON PREMISES" that means not even in your car on the parking lot. No type of pet/animals allowed on the premises at any time; ...dogs, cats, reptiles, birds. If you see this post the unit is still available.
