The onboard chassis/dash AC is currently non-working (completely bypassed by the included portable AC + Honda Generator setup).
The automatic power door mechanism is disconnected; it is now operated manually.
Airbag error light is currently illuminated on the dash.
Out of the 4 safety cameras, the reverse and right-side cameras are not currently functioning.
Cosmetic updates: Two window blinds could stand to be replaced. The exterior has typical minor dings/dents for its age, and the hood paint shows some weathering/flaws. There is some clear coat that came off from the passenger side when a decal was removed. A new decal or wrap would cover it if needed.
