Dutchman camper, would be great on a piece of land, use for storage or parts. Has really nice tires on it and pulls down the road with no problems. We removed the slide out room that had a leak. The rest of it is good. We put up a temporary tarp where the slide out was so we could pull it down the highway. Will trade for mini bikes, go carts, quads, ATVs, loud guy items. Etc....
