The Cleanstar 1500 is a fully enclosed, heated, indoor grease-storage system engineered for direct fryer connection and automated transfer of used cooking oil and shortening.
Constructed with a carbon-steel tank encased in a stainless-steel outer shell, it provides long-term durability, easy sanitation, and a professional finish suitable for front- or back-of-house installations.
The integrated DAR PRO digital monitoring system automatically detects fill levels, shuts off flow when full, and enables external pump-out service for a completely closed, mess-free operation.
