im just curious to see what kind of response i get. i have a nice home with 2 garages. 3br. 2 bath. 1 acre. double on block foundation. front porch is large and covered nicely. well lighted with timers. well landscaped. 24x42 insulated pole garage with wood burner. two year old 16x32 insulated garage with electric heat. both garages have an alarm. 12x42 lean-to. fenced on three sides. peach trees,walnut,chesnut,maples..... home needs nothing. i have made many improvements. i do alot of woodworking so the large biulding has a built in dust collector, plenty of power, 220 outlets... nice sidewalks. would be easy to make wheelchair accessible. 2 decks and a rear covered patio. no close neighbors. large blacktop driveway with large parking area. located near tarlton/kingston. this would be great for a hobbiest/woodworker with a lot of toys to store. both garages have electric panels. earnhart water with seperate well for washing cars or watering plants. inside home is heated with a woodburner, but has a propane furnace just in case. good a/c. i would have to look for an appraisal, but im looking at a value of around 130k. i would consider swapping for lower value as long as my conditions are met. my wife has wanted a farm house to fix up but i dont want a money pit either.
what im looking for: i need more property. would like 5 +- acres. need 3 br. must have at least one large out building. im good at remodeling so its ok if your place needs some. i like our home and area, just want more land. i dont want to change our kids school, so as long as it is logan elm district that is ok. could be laurelville, kingston, circleville, etc... this would be great for retired couples that dont want a large lot to take care of anymore. there is just enough to be private but not too much to take care of. the rear and one side is farm land, the other side is the neighbors but his house is about 150 yards away.
let me know if there is anything i left out. i dont want to sell outright unless you have $$$$$$. again, we like our house and this area, just want more property. thanks
