I am a recently graduated OSU medical student and am looking for two trustworthy, responsible individuals to live in my full furnished condo next year. There is currently a very kind and responsible 23 year old OSU grad student living there and he lives in the non-master upstairs bedroom. Currently available are the upstairs master bedroom and the large, well-lit, finished basement that previous tenants have used as a large private bedroom. Move in anytime and move out would ideally be sometime in 2010. If you would prefer certain parts of the condo to be unfurnished, I could easily do that too.

The building was recently completely renovated 1.5 years ago and I bought a new unit. Everything inside is brand new as I'm a first time home owner and the place is very beautiful. The location is fabulous, located two minutes from Grandview, three minutes from OSU and eight minutes from downtown. Very close by there is a Wild Oats, Giant Eagle, UA Library, Grandview Library, Lane Avenue Shopping Mall and a few UA parks. Nearby restaurants include Camille's Sidewalk Cafe, Starbucks, Rusty Bucket, Wolfgang Pucks, Baja Fresh, Jersey Mike's, Old Bag of Nails, Moretti's.

There are two upstairs bedrooms and a large, well lit, finished basement that previous tenants have used as a large private bedroom. The master bedroom has a cable hookup, bed, dresser, nite stand, bed lamp, overhead fan and big closet. The second upstairs bedroom also has a cable hookup, bed, dresser, nite stand, bed lamp and a big closet. Its very quiet there bc the walls are solid brick so you're never bothered by outside sounds. As above, the finished basement is extremely large, well lit, and has a cable hookup, dresser, reading lamp, and a single bed if you want that. The condo is well furnished with a full sized black leather couch, brown leather chair with footrest, granite table, wood chairs, plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, main TV and DVD, washer and dryer. The place has contemporary colors and a modern feel with multiple large and medium sized paintings and professional, framed photographs throughout the household and one large mirror on the main floor. Parking is right behind the condo either a 5 or 15 foot walk depending on which of the spots you use. This condo is my baby so I need someone who is trustworthy and responsible.

If you are an individual interested in this condo, then the prices tenants have done in the past are $600/mo for the master bedroom upstairs and 440/mo for the finished basement. The tenant/s are responsible for gas, electricity, and water which generally run about 150/mo in total with 3 person occupancy so 50/person. I am graduating this Fall and then traveling abroad for the Winter. It's not huge, but it is very nice and the neighborhood is very nice. There is a pond behind every building. You can see the pond from every window in this particular apartment.
The master bedroom is fairly large - I have a king-size bed, large dresser, huge computer desk, elliptical, and full-size keyboard in it. It also has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom fits a full-size bed, dresser, and computer desk nicely, with a regular closet.
The living room fits 2 couches and an over-sized arm-chair, TV, two end tables, and coffee table snugly. There are washer and dry hook ups, and a small dining area that fits a small table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, excellent stove and oven. The refrigerator and freezer are colder than most, and currently need defrosted, which I will do soon.

I am moving back home at the end of December and am looking to rent my room in a four bedroom house from January 1st till the end of August. It's very large and the three other guys are pretty sweet. They enjoy music, video games, drinking occasionally, and are laid back. The guys range from former military and now beginning school to a PhD student. They do occasionally have parties, at the most twice a month. They do have cats and you can bring your own cats, but you have to pay part of the pet rent of 20 dollars.

There is a 25 dollar application fee for the lease and 350 security deposit which you'll get back at the end of the lease. You have to take over my part of the lease for the entire term, but you can try to find someone to take over for you if you have to leave early or for the summer.

The rent is 350 plus 1/4 of utilities. They have cable, internet, electricity, and gas. Water is already paid. Our utilities were about 35-40 dollars at the moment. We do have laundry hookups, but at the moment we do not have a washer or a dryer.

Our apartment is located in the Arbors of Watermark complex. They do have a website if you want to take a look at it. Arbors is conveniently located right next to highway 670 and only 5 mins from downtown, which you can actually see from the parking lot. Our apartment is 1100 sq ft. 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2 Large walkin closets, w/d hookups (sorry we are taking out w/d to our new place) The living room and kitchen have an open concept and the dining area has track lighting. It also a patio that looks towards the main pool and tennis courts. Arbors has free parking and plenty of it, with no assigned spots and no worries about towing for when friends come over. 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, newly renovated fitness center, tanning bed, racquet ball court, community washers and dryers which is a very short walk from the apartment. Our gas bill was always around $20, and our electric was around $70, and common water and trash was $45. Our apartment is pet friendly. Our lease ends May 1st so this would be an EXCELLENT choice for someone looking for a short term lease in a location you can't beat.

We are asking $700 which is slightly negotiable with immediate response.

Hi, my name is Jen and I'm looking for a roommate to sublet the 2nd bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. Beginning December 1st, I will have one bedroom to offer for $375 per month plus utilities (cable, gas, electric). My place is located at the corner of King Ave. and Michigan Ave and is just two streets away from the OSU Med Center (I work there and walk to work everyday). I'm located only a few minutes away from Lennox and 5th Ave. amenities. The apartment has 1 bathroom, a spacious dining room and living room, kitchen, utility/storage area, and almost totally hardwood flooring (the room for rent is the only room that has carpeting). The basement has a washer, but no dryer, and the backyard has a 3 foot wire fence.

I'm 29 and am looking for a preferably female roommate within my age range. I have a dog and don't mind sharing with other non-aggressive dogs (sorry, no "bully" breeds). The rental company charges $50 extra per month per dog. Please let me know if you're interested and a tour of the apartment can be arranged.
