Hello,

I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment that I need someone to take over my lease. This is NOT a sub-lease type thing. You will have to approved by the leasing office and you will take over my lease, not lease it from me.
The rent is $585/mo. $25 pet fee/mo. Dogs allowed up to 30 lbs. Water is usually around $40. All electric, and my electric bill has never been over $100 even with my heat on 24-7 all winter long.
I have lived here for a little over a year. I just signed a new lease back in September for another year, then I found out this week that I am going to have to get surgery and won't be able to work for a few months. The lease will go through 30 August 2010.
This apartment is in the Oak Creek apartment complex, however the building it is in is owned by Yeager Real Estate on Sawmill Rd. It is a first-floor apartment.
It's not huge, but it is very nice and the neighborhood is very nice. There is a pond behind every building. You can see the pond from every window in this particular apartment.
The master bedroom is fairly large - I have a king-size bed, large dresser, huge computer desk, elliptical, and full-size keyboard in it. It also has a walk-in closet. The second bedroom fits a full-size bed, dresser, and computer desk nicely, with a regular closet.
The living room fits 2 couches and an over-sized arm-chair, TV, two end tables, and coffee table snugly. There are washer and dry hook ups, and a small dining area that fits a small table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, excellent stove and oven. The refrigerator and freezer are colder than most, and currently need defrosted, which I will do soon.

This apartment is available for lease-takeover as soon as possible.

Please contact me if you are interested. Thanks!
