Hello, We have a 3 bedroom home on Neil Avenue that is fully furnished and has off street parking for up to 4 vehicles! We rent from 1-3 bedrooms of the house to OSU professors, Grad level students, Professionals that are relocating to central Ohio or are just in town for a limited time. The rate is 650 per room, per 30 days and includes all utilities and washer/dryer.
House is modernly furnished and stocked with most everything you will need for your stay.
Amenities in the house include:
Washer and dryer
Kitchen with dinerware, pots/pans, appliances.
Entertainment center with TV and dvd.
Couches, beds, dressers, lamps, even pictures on the wall.
House is 2350 square feet with three floors and three bedrooms, first floor has high ceilings, modernly furnished living room, dining room, kitchen and front room, berber carpet on first floor, wood floors on second and third floor, full basement with washer/dryer and plenty of storage space and possibly 4th bedroom, private driveway with parking, ravine setting, woods out the large windows, quiet, safe, walk to OSU, recreation park nearby with running/biking trails, tennis courts, etc.
This house had been most commonly used by visiting guests that are relocating or doing short term projects with OSU, area business, or just going to be in Columbus for a short time. This is a wonderful, quiet place to stay that allows the guest to focus on their tasks while providing comfortable accommodation.
