We have a spare room opening up in our private home in the middle of December. We are looking for a friendly, young professional to share housing costs with. We do have dogs and cats, so you do have to be animal friendly.
The bedroom is decent size and we can provide you with a queen sized bed, dresser, bookcase and night stand. The whole house is hardwood floors and because of the animals I am constantly cleaning! We are looking for a young professional/grad student who needs a place for a few months. We live in a neighborhood at the corner of Kenny and Fishinger Rd, it's a safe neighborhood. The house is non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke in the garage or outside.
Rent would be $500 and include all utilities, HD cable and wireless internet.
