I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I am losing my roommate and can't afford a 2 bed on my own. The apt is ~720 sq ft. and on the top floor and on the corner so you really don't hear your neighbors. It really is a nice place and a great location for an OSU student (I walk to class!) or professional who needs to be close to downtown. There are many other graduate/professional students who live here and working professionals as well. The apt has central air and washers and dryers to use in the basement.
