I am looking for someone to take my room in a 2 bdr town home for 325 plus half of utilities. I will be moving out in the next week or so, I need someone asap. There are a dog and cat right now and can only house 3 animals at a time so 1 pet is welcome but must be able to get along with other cats and dogs. The current roommate is 26 works full time mostly 3rd she is currently a smoker but is looking to quit by the end of this month so smokers are welcome but may have to smoke outside soon.she is 420 friendly The lease is up the beginning of april so this is temporary unless you and the current roommate discuss otherwise over the next few months. reply asap if seriously interested
