For personal reasons, I can't live in my apartment any longer. To keep from paying unnecessary rent I'd love to get someone to transfer the lease to. The apartment is in a large complex, and there are three roommates - all students at Ohio State, male, and aged 19-21. It's a great place, I just have changed my plans, so I can't live here anymore.
The complex provides all of the following:
Cable
Internet
Gas
Water
Washer and Dryer for every unit
Dishwasher
New kitchen appliances
Computer lab with printer and copier
A small gym for tenants only
An outdoor, in-ground swimming pool
An outdoor jacuzzi
Two outdoor, gas-powered grills
A lobby with pool, air-hockey, darts, vending machines, etc...
It's also right next to CABS bus stops that will take you anywhere on campus you need to go.
The only things tenants pay for are:
Monthly rent ($429)
Off the street, garage parking (optional, $30 extra)
Electric

I'm looking for someone to move in ASAP and able to fulfill the lease until August '10 or willing to find someone to take the lease over from you whenever you want to move out.
