Need somebody to take over my lease as I am moving out of the city for school. Need somebody by december to take over the lease rent is 440 a month gas included in this while only paying electric and internet/cable bills. Good location 10 min from polaris and easton both. Must be able to pass a background check with nothing on their record (no felonies). Email me for details if anybody is interested. Also lease is up at the end of January after which one can decide to go month to month or move out.
