Obviousy, if I wanted to get a lease for myself, I could easily do that.
So there is no advantage to my signing up on your lease.
That leaves us both with sub-lease or payments or other options.

(I have to put that in... for the barely adult people, who think that lease problems
are "immense", or "Catastrophic" or "insurmountable" or their life will "never" be the

Wake up - its only a lease, not buying an actual house for 30 years.
but having said that, you probably will have to email, and work on ideas and options
and possibilities. Situations and problems are not going to magically solve themselves.
If we work in common to solve the problem, we can probably get to solutions that will work
for everyone.
(No reason for you to stay stuck !)
But for the youngest who want to learn the hard way, you can always sit around and be
sure and hesitate for another 3 or 4 months, paying more rent - from your own pocket for
many more months, "wishing" your situation was different, instead of working with
what you have, and learning to come up with new and better choices. )
Not impressed with amenities or by the word "garden" or "castle" or "lake" or "beautiful" or "rare"
or whatever else is in the title of your apartment you are now trying to figure out
what to do with.
----> I Am appreciative of those who make offers, who are open to payments, or willing to have
a short email conversation. Some even considered and offered to continue to pay a portion
of their monthly rent, while I would stay at the place and pay them a fair amount to help
substantially with rent. That has worked before.
I am not able to help those who don't have exclusive use of their rented place.
IF you have 3 or 4 roomates or budies, and you want someone to rent your room,
for example to rent one bedroom in a 4 bedroom house with housemates, I cannot accomodate.
----> But if you are in the apartment alone, or if the apartment will be empty (of people),
then I probably CAN help and I AM interested.
[furnished or unfurnished makes no difference. Preference given to place that are Not furnished,
and that have off-street or private or designated parking (parking lot is fine also, just not only
on the city street). I am open to learn more about your situation and apartment or house. negotiable.
Internet preferred but not absolutely necessary.
The sooner the better.
Make the Christmas season a happy one, and keep more of your money, in your pocket.

--> temporary housing that is reasonably affordable is acceptable.
--> Emergency or Difficult or temporary circumstances is potentially acceptable.
--> painting, work, drywall, renovation (me doing those things) while being there is potentially acceptable.
--> Studio, Nice Basement, Basic Efficiency, One or two Bedroom is potentially acceptable.
--> MTM (month to month) is also acceptable.
