The most important thing is I take care of the house, my daughter, dogs and bills. I don't mind If you smoke, but please do outside.

We have brand new appliances, including a front loading washer and dryer, and stainless steel oven, dishwasher and french door refrigerator. The house is fully furnished at this point with the exception of the bedrooms, although there is room for your furniture. The house is 2600 sq feet, we have street parking (although its never hard to find a spot) a huge front porch and an extremely large fenced in back yard, with a fire pit. During the summer we pretty much live outside by the fire pit and on the front porch! As well, we have two full bathrooms. And we also have a large wonderful bar :)
Our lease options are flexible. We do require a deposit of $275 due with the first months rent due upon lease signing.
All current roommates are non-smokers or outdoor smokers. Current roommates are a 28/f, 25/f, 25/m, and 23/f.

The Roommates
Two guys in their 20's, both working professionals. During the week things are pretty quite, the weekends we have some fun. Drinking yes (in moderation of course), no drugs.
The house has wireless internet, cable w/premium channels, w/d, dishwasher. It has on street and off street parking for a fee. It is a great location close to Downtown, Short North, and Campus. Utilities are appox $120 a month. Deposit is $350 (used as last months rent). Lease is month to month.
You MUST WORK FULL TIME and be responsible enough to pay bills when due. I need 1st month rent AND $100. towards utilities before you move in. Rent and utilities must be paid in cash, as I've learned even money orders can be cancelled. I will gladly write reciepts and keep the bills in open area for your viewing. I apologize for these measures, but I was ripped off big time by a past roomate, lesson learned.

I have a washer/dryer, dishwasher/garbage disposer, nice furniture, off street parking, backyard access to the park and Hilliard swimming pool, treadmill anyone can use, and a pool table in the great room. I am sure there are other things I could tell you but that seems like a good start. If you are interested please let me know. I am easy to get along with and would like that in a roommate. I don’t need someone to keep me company, but at the same time when you live in a big place it’s nice to have people around, even when everyone is busy doing their own thing.
My daughter is very respectful of other people and their property. I have had several roommates and she has always gotten along with them very well. She is a fun little girl and will not take your things, or go into your room.
I would like $500/mo rent, and that includes utilities. I do not require a lease, only one month’s notice to leave any time. Deposit is one month’s rent. Also, in the summer the Hilliard pool will open and membership is very cheap. The pool is the nicest in the whole city with three water slides, a lazy river, swim lanes, etc. My place is located off Scioto Darby near Cemetary Road.
roommate is moving out and so I am I if I can't find another roommate to move in. If I stay (providing I find another roommate) it would be on a month to month basis with

There are really just a few things that are important to me regarding my place. I don't want late night noises loud enough to come through the white noise I usually have on in the middle of the night. I don't want smoking inside the condo. (My friends who smoke don't even smoke inside their own houses, let alone someone else's.) We buy our own food for the most part. Finally, if something you do creates a mess in the common area, clean it up within a reasonable amount of time (not a week later). You can call me on it if I don't hold to this myself.

The view from the apartment and balcony is awesome! You can see the whole pool and the entire complex from it. The sun shines into the huge windows as it rises however conveniently shifts to the other side of the building as the hot summer day progresses. This is why I chose to live in this apartment despite the fact that it’s a 2BR. The location STILL amazes me every time I come home.

The state that they are licensed in and their full name.
Each state has a board of nursing that licenses their nurses and you can verify the license online.
Do a google search for whatever state the person says they are working in, board of Nursing.
You will want to do a license verification and type in their name, or rather the name that they are using. If you get no results
then they do not have a license in that state.
Also be aware that there are actually only four types of licensing in the US at this time. LPN,( Licensed Practical Nurse),
LVN, ( Licensed Vocational Nurse), RN, ( Registered Nurse), and NP which is a Nurse Practitioner
All nurses in the United States fall under one of those 4 classifications.

I'm gay-friendly and nerd-friendly, but I would prefer another female. No smoking, no drugs; occasional drinking is fine, but no drunks.
