All current roommates are non-smokers and one outdoor smoker. Current roommates are a 28/f, 26/f, 25/f, and 22/f. Although it is all females remaining in the house, we are open to male or female tenants.

A dog would be permitted although we already have one living here, so it must be dog friendly, and there is a pet deposit to be discussed. Sorry, no cats.

I am a young professional who moved to Columbus three years ago for my job. Looking to start working towards my MBA next summer. I bought my place 2 1/2 years ago. It was built in '01 and is a little over 2k sq ft including the basement. It is a stand alone single family condo with a two car garage in the Gahanna / New Albany area near Morse Rd and N. Hamilton Rd. I have a two car garage. There is a washer and a dryer on the main floor and a dishwasher in the kitchen. There is basic cable with the box in the living room, internet (LAN and wireless), phone, air conditioning, and an alarm system.
There is also a clubhouse with a pool and a small workout facility. I am situated next to a greenspace park in the neighborhood.

I am interested in a 12 month lease. Will not consider anything less than 6 months.

It is located near several restaurants, shopping areas, and has nearby highway access to 270, 670 and 161. About 15 minutes from OSU Campus.

I have two options to provide for a living space, your choice.
1) The guest bedroom, which has two large closets and two windows towards the front of the house. There is currently a queen size bed in this room. There is a bathroom with a standing shower just outside that door.
2)The finished basement with lots of space. There is a bathroom with a standing shower. There is also a small sink and cabinet in the living space with a space for a refrigerator, of course the upstairs living room and kitchen would be open to you as well. The basement does have cable, as well as some furnishings (ie. a desk, a tv, couch, recliner, table and chairs, etc.), but things could definitely be moved around to suit you.
I like to keep the house relatively straight. I would hope that you would help with keeping it this way by cleaning up after yourself.

Should you decide to not renew your lease or to move out before it is up, I would require two months notice, so that I may expect the next two rent checks before you leave.

I do have two purebred cats that are NOT allowed outside. They are VERY FRIENDLY.

A little more about the house...
Our recently renovated home with hardwood floors and a stainless steel kitchen is located in the middle of a Victorian Village neighborhood on 2nd Ave in between Neil Ave and Harrison. We are a block and a half walk from Harrisons On Third and a few blocks away from Cafe Apropos, Alpha State (yoga/pilates), Cafe Corner (awesome deli menu!), and Zenos bar. We are also a 2-minute bike ride or 5-minute walk to the Olentangy Bike Trail. OSU campus, Gooddale Park and the Short North are each about a 10-minute walk or less. Downtown and Arena District are no more than 15-minute walks.
Your bedroom will not be furnished, but the rest of the house is. Unless you have a better TV or coffee maker, decorations you would like to add, or kitchen supplies, but there is no need for anything other than what you'll want in your room.
I own the house and it has three bedrooms. During the past two years, I have lived with 2 roommates that I met off of craigslist separately. The living arrangement has worked very well! One roommate has bought her own condo, so has left. The other proposed to his girlfriend, and he will be moving out during Thanksgiving weekend.

A little bit about myself...
I am a 27 year old female. I went to Ohio University and studied Early Childhood Education. Instead of teaching, I ended up getting a job as a content editor. My work hours are usually around 8 to 5. I also recently started the MBA program at Otterbein College, so I am in class at least one evening during the week. I love to cook, eat, ride my bike, walk around the neighborhood, and pretty much anything outside. I have recently gotten into rock climbing and enjoy camping, traveling, and Pilates. I am an easy-going and considerate roommate, and I am looking for the same from a future roommate.

I am looking for a clean, considerate, and friendly roommate. My other roommates and I didn’t typically hang out during our free time, but we were always up for a couple drinks on the porch or a cookout in the backyard. You’d be more than welcome to do the same!

You must be honest, as am I- I just need roomies to help me pay for the mortgage on this place, and I am not asking you to pay more or less for utilities depending on the bill- $300 is it. No credit checks will be required, but you will have to sign a very bare-bones lease agreement that says you won't skip out on me and you'll cover damages you create. If you aren't able to pay rent, you won't be allowed to stay for the next month- keeps things simple, and I'd hope no one would expect to stay if they can't hold up their end of the deal. Rent is due by the 8th of each month to allow you to stay for that month- stretching a few days here and there based on your paydays may be arranged.

About us: My boyfriend and I live in the basement, where all of our dogs stay with us at night and while we are away. By all of our dogs, I mean more than just a few; we do rescue work, so we have new dogs rotating in and out of the house all of the time, along with our established pack. I won't say how many, as I would like for you to come by the place and see for yourself what it's like. They are not barking during all hours of the night, and as stated, they are not allowed to roam without either my boyfriend or I here. They are also babygated from the stairs so they cannot get into the upstairs rooms. If you have ANY reservations about dogs (as the rescues can seem far scarier than they are), have even mild allergies to them, or work a 3rd shift and have to sleep during the day, this will not be the place for you. I keep it as clean as I can around here, and people are generally shocked when I tell them how many dogs are in the house at one time versus how relatively clean it is, but there is always fur despite vaccuuming everyday. My boyfriend and I are pretty quiet, enjoying our fire pit on the patio and being in watching football this time of year. We drink socially, don't smoke, and are pretty mellow. If you're looking for a party house, this ain't it either.

No security deposit, because you have to pass being interviewd by me, and I like to think I am a good judge of character.

It is a short walk (about 10 mins) to the bus stop that has routes of 7 and 18 to campus and downtown, a short walk (10 mins) to Kroger and a few restaurants that localize in the University City Plaza. There is also a FREE parking lot.

The apartment includes a fridge, oven/stove and air conditioner. There is also almost everything you need in the kitchen, including microwave, rice cooker, every kinds of pots and pans, bowls and dishes and dinning table. There is also a two year old bed including frame and mattress which is almost new in very good condition. I have to go back to China pretty soon, so I couldn’t take anything with me. You may take any furniture you want for free. You can also have the vacuum which is only less than one year. The current rent for each month will be 585$ plus a separate utility bill 95$. The utility includes gas, water, heat and trash so there is no big heat bill in winter. You have to setup the electricity account, usually it is about 15$ each month for electricity. If you can make sure to take over the lease, you don’t have to pay for the rent of first month.
