This position is accountable for a lab training territory.  Lab territory geographies vary depending on lab sizes and turnover.  We are seeking a Sr. Manager of Field Human resources who will be a strategic partner for the Division management team. The ideal candidate will have experience partnering with all levels of the organization, developing succession plans, and leading the implementation of talent management processes in a field environment. This position is field based and can reside anywhere within the division, which covers the states of VT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, Eastern MD, KY, IN, OH, and MI. <br>
<br>
Qualifications <br>
Knowledge of overall Human Resource functions to include recruiting, employee relations, training and development. <br>
Extensive knowledge of state and federal law <br>
Ability to mediate between employees during conflict resolution <br>
Ability to achieve measurable results through collaboration and influence <br>
Exceptional planning, coordination, project management and implementation skills <br>
Advanced ability to communicate with employees at all levels (both verbal and written communication skills) <br>
Strong presentation skills <br>
<br>
Travel for this position is extensive: 50-75% <br>
<br>
Work Experience and/or Education <br>
Minimum 5 years experience: 5-7 years in Human Resources Function, with a concentration on Employee Relations and Succession/Talent Management is required, preferably in the retail industry. <br>
Bachelor's degree is required. Degree in Human Resources is preferred. <br>
Proven track record in building partnerships with internal and external business partners <br>
PHR or SPHR preferred. <br>
