Responsibilities<br>
<br>
-Facilitate a variety of training programs, using a variety of delivery methods, including classroom, CBT, WBT, video, self-directed and modular based, to ensure quality job performance.<br>
-Facilitate group discussions and exercises.<br>
-Ensure effective training delivery and transfer of learning on various processes, products, and systems i.e. platform, teller, loans, etc.<br>
-Perform classroom administration duties as required, i.e. equipment setup, distribution of training materials and aids.<br>
-Measure training results by evaluating learner performance and by obtaining feedback on the program.<br>
-Communicate learner performance results and recommend development plan to line supervisors as needed.<br>
-Follow 90-day Probationary Period Guidelines and Action Steps for new hire employees, when necessary.  <br>
-Perform other duties as assigned.<br>
<br>
Qualifications and Experience<br>
<br>
-Demonstrated skills and experience delivering classroom training to a varied audience.<br>
-Experience in facilitating training for tellers and/or platform is a requirement. <br>
-Previous work experience as a teller/platform position is required.<br>
-Knowledge of adult learning theory, learning styles and adult motivation techniques.<br>
-Strong classroom management/group facilitation skills.<br>
-Ability to actively engage learners.<br>
-Poven track record of successful training delivery.<br>
-Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels for the organization.<br>
-Excellent communication skills and a focus on positive, productive business relationships.<br>
-Strong planning and time management skills, including effective prioritization and organizational skills.<br>
-Knowledge of the Banking industry is required. <br>
-Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills are required. <br>
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education with extensive experience in Adult Education. Graduate Degree a plus.<br>

-Columbus, Ohio <br>
-Travel is a requirement of the position<br>
<br>
Candidates must prepare a teach back piece for interviews which will be scheduled for January 14-15, 2010. The successful candidate must be available to commence the duties of this position as soon as the selection decision has been made. The start date for this project is estimated to be February 2010. The delivery of the program is expected to be approximately 12 to 15 days per month on an ongoing basis. Please note that travel is required.  <br>
