We are looking for 2-3 bedroom home that would have at least 1 bath that is close to Grove city (20-30 min to GC,due to work issues) to rent or possibly work with you to rent to own if the location and price is right. We would need something with a garage , barn or pole barn since we have big boy toys that would need storage space. We are looking for something that is away from the hustle and bustle of the city and where we can relax in the beauty of nature. We were thinking of the areas of Grove City, Harrisburg, Orient, Darbydale, London( you get the idea). Being in the country would also allow our 2 teenage sons(13) some of the freedoms and enjoyments the country has to offer, and ones they have missed out on living in the city and in an apartment. At this time present time I live in Blacklick, Ohio in a three bedroom house. My children are 14, 10, and 3. My three and fourteen year old is currently sharing a bedroom. I am on here looking for a 4 bedroom in the Blacklick or Reynoldsburg area. It�s very hard for me to find a house because I am currently on Section 8. Don�t be alarmed because I could be your neighbor. I have a lot of problems finding good housing because landlords already think that people on Section 8 is bad tenants. A lot of landlord gets their information about Section 8 tenants from other landlords. Landlords need to know some of the rules that apply to Section 8 tenants before just saying I do not want to rent to a person on �Section 8.� Rules such as: Non payment of rent is grounds for being put off of the program as well as getting evicted. I must leave the property in the condition that I received it in. Damage to the property (other than wear and tear) is grounds for removal off of the program. Anyone caught with drugs (family, friends, and visitors) on the property is not only subjected to criminal charges, but removal from ANY government housing program. This just lists a few of the rules that the families are to follow. I ride through my neighborhood every day and see so many foreclose properties and wonder why the person that own the house previously didn�t just rent it out to a person on Section 8. At least their mortgage would have been paid and their credit would have still been in good standing. I�m looking for someone to give me a chance. Just because I have Section 8, I'm still human and want to live in a nice place for me and my children. The benefit for you is that if your rent is $1400.00 a month I would have to pay you $700.00 and Section 8 will send you the rest. If I shall lose my job tomorrow Section 8 will send you the full amount $1400.00. So you will never lose if you rent to me.

I am looking into rental housing that would allow my 2 "pit bull"-type dogs. "Pit bull" is in quotations because this term may describe several different breeds and/or mixes. One of mine is most likely a mix, and the other looks purebred, but not sure, we found her on the street. Obviously, because of the stigma attached to this type of dog and the misconceptions about them, it can be difficult to find places that will allow them. I prefer private landlord situations, but i'm of course open to apartment communities...although I'm pretty sure that's going to be more rare to find anyway.

We are a married couple in our mid-twenties looking for an apartment or part of a multi-family home in Columbus. We currently live in Lakewood, outside of Cleveland and from what we've experienced, Clintonville is the most similar place we could find in Columbus (feel free to let us know of any other neighborhoods that might fit the bill). Ideally, we would like to live in an area that is safe, quiet and pedestrian-friendly. We've visited many apartments in the area that we've found on craigslist and in apartment guides, but they almost always end up being shoddy, poorly maintained, or in a bad neighborhood, which I imagine is because there are so many college students in the area who will take anything they can get. We're just looking for a nice place to live and posting in the wanted section is how we found our current place when we were having similar problems finding a nice place in Lakewood.

A bit about us: We're college graduates, very quiet and respectful of our neighbors. We are clean and treat the properties we rent very well. We also have two very well-behaved cats. We would prefer a place with a clean and relatively modern kitchen if possible, as we love to cook.

My lease is up in May so I'm starting my rental search early.

My husband and I are looking for a rental, preferably a house or duplex but will consider an apartment. We are looking to rent in or near OSU campus/Clintonville.

We have pets. We have a 50 pound boxer/vizsla mix, and four cats. One of those cats may not be with us by the time we move - he has a medical condition that will ultimately be fatal.
The dog has been through obedience classes, is perfectly housetrained, crate trained, quiet, and she is 3 years old and spayed.
The cats are completely litterbox trained and only scratch on their scratching posts. They are all spayed and neutered.
All animals are current on vaccinations and receive proper, routine veterinary care.

I have references to state how well behaved and clean my animals are.

We would be more than willing to make additional deposits to allow our animals - we know that we do have more animals than most landlords would prefer, but rest assured we are excellent tenants who have never caused any trouble.

When you walk in you walk into the living room, and the next room is a dinning room, then you walk into a huge kitchen, (fridge and stove provided) their is a big backyard (partically fenced in) their is a big storage room, along with a huge basement complete with washer dryer hookup, their is a washer that was left there and if it works we will only need a dryer. this is all on the first floor (minus the basement of course) then you go upstairs and its your 2 bedrooms(very big) along with a HUGE bathroom, like the size of another bedroom!! along with a closet in there for towels etc. This is how rent works. rent is 525, if we pay before the 1st (even 1 day before) 25 dollar discount which makes rent 500 a month. gas bill is 100, electric will be about 40. So all together rent is about 620 a month and we would split it 50/50 so it would be about 300 a month for each of us. Which is such a steal for the size of this place. All bills will be in my name. I know this is short notice but my roommate backed out on us last minute and i already put the deposit down...hehe fun fun for me. so if you can have 300 you can move in. My husband and I fell onto a VERY hard time and I'll be honest, our credit is not too pretty. We had to break our lease in June to avoid eviction . We NEVER went to court or had an eviction filed against us!!! We are on a monthly payment plan with the old complex. I need a place to live! I am in desperate need of housing for me and my daughter. I need a two bedroom with washer/dryer hookup. I can afford $400-425 a month. At the moment we are bouncing around. I have had problems with 2 landlords this year not fixing the unsafe problems and moved out so I have 2 evictions. I have no problem paying the rent, I just need a safe place for us to live. Please, if you can help let me know. I would like to give my daughter a home for Christmas.
