On a daily basis you will be on the phones taking inbound and outbound calls to prospective college students and trying to determine their level of interest. You will be matching educational interests and programs and establishing a relationship over the phone.

You will need to a sales mentality b/c they will be faced with objections and concerns. You will be setting appointments for campus visits and confirm a campus location that works best for them. You will also be responsible for follow-up calls and rescheduling anyone that misses their appointments.

You must be open to working every day of the week. You will only work 5 days a week but it could be Sat or Sun. Normal business hours are 8am-11pm M-TH, 8am-9pm Fri and Sat and 10am-8pm Sun. You will be working 6-8 hour shifts daily. You must have a open flexibility and reliable transportation.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Previous customer service experience, preferred is in a sales or call center type of environment.
You must have strong computer skills because you will be recording student information into the internal system.
You must be able to communicate very well verbally and get their point across and paint a picture of the campus and educational value over the phone.
