I am looking for someone local who is experienced with CGI/Pearl code to use on an existing website for the purpose of automating webpages. I want to allow visitors to add content (a link with a brief paragraph) to an existing html based webpage. The content will have to be approved prior to upload and must not be dependent on off-site files, directories or web-sites. In other words, I won't allow a situation to occur where my site fails in someone else goes belly up. The system that is currently in place is not that effective and could be improved.
